Hey guys!

I’m a soon-to-be graduating senior in Mechanical Engineering, with a little background in computer science. My school and internship experience has been primarily in product development and mechanical design. A few skills that might be helpful:

• Certified Solidworks Professional, experienced in ProE/Creo, and TA’d the Solidworks course at CU. Sure having someone to do cad is helpful, but if you’re anything like most engineers, you’d probably rather learn how to do it yourself. After teaching  the course and working pretty extensively in a couple different cad platforms, I like to think I’m pretty good at explaining it and troubleshooting.
• Prototyping techniques: enter last internship in the surgical industry, and lots of high speed prototyping experience. SLA, sintered nylon, laser cutters, CNC, composites, material sourcing, that’s may jam right now. Maybe you have a conceptual idea, but don’t know how to make it tangible? PICK ME COACH!
• Presentation: writing, presenting, proofreading, or taking sweet photos of our projects for some super mega cool blog posts afterwards? Lets do it.
• McGuckins- I can walk all the way through the store and not even get lost anymore, so that’s something.
