Your project came out great! I really like how you stuck with the vineyard aesthetic. Super impressed by the time you took with the jigsaw because that can be very frustrating. I like that you chose not to stain it, especially after hearing the reasoning behind that. Awesome job!

This is a great project! I like that you used something that you love in your life to base the project on. I wish that I had made something with the utility of what you did. I think that you should make another from the ground up and then you can make it out of some beautiful hardwood.

This is a really classy looking design. You really went over and beyond with your project. I understand your struggle with the lack of tools

The table came out great! I understand not building your own table from scratch, that’s definitely a large undertaking. But you did a great job of utilizing a pre-fabricated table. The wood from the table and the wine boxes match nearly perfectly, coincidence? It also seems that your aesthetic changed during construction, something you were expecting or going for?

Great work on on the project, it turned out pretty well and clean. I think it is really nice looking and its color doesn’t need to be stained. Anyway, it looks like you took you’re time using the jigsaw and the cuts for the drawer and the glass look pretty accurate. I support the fact that you bought a table and worked on it since you could focus more on the drawer parts which seems like it took some time to be done. Well done

hey Dean, here’s a few comments from your presentation
-really great pictures of the building phases
-you said we wouldn’t see the cutout in the drawer, but isn’t the top made of glass?
-nice job on making the front of the door flush with the cutout
-the dowels to hold up the glass is a smart solution
-how did you manage to get a piece of glass exactly the same size?
-if you put the drawer front so that it would be on the outside of the table, then you could hide the drawer slide gap, and it would be an easy fix.
-I still think a stain would look really nice

    Thanks for a great project!

I like that you were able to meet your initial aesthetic with your final product. I think that it was a great idea to start with an existing table that you were able to find from a local store. I also, like how you were able to problem solve when trying to fit all of the bottles of wine. Great work!
