Project Final Stretch: 2-size Tablet Stand

Progress as 4/16/2017

After 3 days of camping at ITLL, printing almost 70% done!

This part really doesn’t want to print…

And cutting this part so it doesn’t cover the power connection, turns out cutting stuff is a lot of fun!

So…looks like we are not far behind the plan! Assembling isn’t too hard so once it’s all printed we are close to finish!

    Overall, I love your project!
    Aesthetics:
I am taken by your ‘stealth fighter’ angular and futuristic aesthetic! The design is well thought out and the form follows the function!
    Construction:
The 3D printing complements your aesthetic and I love that you used CAD and drew inspiration from the nintendo switch.! The design looks durable and will stand out in an office or classroom.

PS: Yes! I have used SolidEdge and I like it!

It’s coming up great! Yes 3D printing can be tricky, but I think you have time to finish it!

Looks like some of the 3-D printing is being annoying, good progress with the project though! Good luck with assembly, it sounds like you’ve got it all under control! Excited to see what the final product looks like.
