Construction Timeline: Light Sculpture

I have begun building my final project. I knew the machine shop was going to be busy after spring break so I decided to get all my turning done before it was crowded this Monday as seen with the pictures below. I ordered the materials right after our initial design review.

I have also had the LED’s, servo motor and RaspberryPi for a few weeks now so I know how to program each of them individually. This week I received the PLA to print the outer housing the only thing I need to order is the white paint.

This is my plan for the next few weeks I have accounted safety days in case I have issues with the construction or programming process however I am confident that the little remaining design work will be fast.

The progress you’ve made on this project is great. I like how you have added safety days just in case things don’t go as planned.

    Andres,
You have done a great job so far! I really like how you had a timeline for each day rather than weeks. Can’t wait to see the final product!

Andres, I am impressed with how much work you have already put into tis project. It seems like you are really far ahead of the curve which will be great for when you get busy with senior design!
