Neo Parasol Update 4/6

Due to a really busy week and weekend, I am behind on progress this week. I am currently at the same place as last week, except the difference is that my sewing machine is tested and ready to use! However, I am planning on doing the bulk of my project on Thursday through Sunday. I will be updating this post on Thursday and Saturday with progress so please do not comment until Saturday or Sunday!
