For me, one of the most annoying things is when you have multiple candles that have such little wax that you can’t even fit your hand into the jar to light it. When this happens, I tend to just put the candles in a bin or box because I think, maybe I’ll get one of those long lighters one day and then I can light these candles again! It has been three years now and I have no long lighter and a bunch of candles with minimal wax. That’s why, when I was thinking of an Upcycle project, I decided to find a way to melt the wax of all my current candles and make one vase full of different colors. I started some research and found that if you have a hot surface, like a pot on an oven, then you can melt the wax then make really cool designs. One example can be seen in my featured image. I’m sure melting wax will be a messy process, but I am excited to see what will happen! The aesthetics that will come from this project are the colors from the wax and the multiple smells of different waxes melting together.

I think this is a pretty cool project because you can get really creative with this. Maybe you could make your vase from upcycle materials too! I would be interested to see how the wax will mix together, whether the colors blend and mix or remain separated from the rest of the different waxes.
This looks like it will be a really cool project! I think it’s a great way to use the rest of the candle wax and that too with really cool designs. I wonder if the smells will also blend in and mix well with one another.
