It took me a while to decide what material I was going to use for my upcycle project, but I think I have finally found the material I am going to use. It is abundant and easy to work with, and it’s my leftover Blue Apron boxes I’ve been saving for the past few months.
Initially I was going to try and use 3D print scraps and failed prints I had sitting around that I was planning on recycling, but unfortunately I have less of those lying around than I thought as I did throw out nearly a full trash bag of them right before Christmas break.
Luckily, I have 7 boxes that are fairly large at my disposal, so I think I will be able to utilize them for my project.
As for what I will be doing, I haven’t decided yet on whether I will tailor it to the aesthetic that I chose (beer tap handles) or someone else’s.

I have some ideas that you might be interested in. The cardboard is a good choice and you can do a lot using it. You can use it as a canvas and draw on it! You also can make a beautiful drawers for storage use. You can make small cylinders and build a bowling game. What about a wall clock? I think it will be really cool!
I’m curious to see how are you going to turn this into a cool project.
Your project is very out the box. Using cardboard is a great choice like you said as it is abundant, but have you tried to look at other materials as I feel cardboard would break with use as it is a weak material. If the handle broke, would fixing it or getting a new one be the better option?
