Here are my final 3 (2.5) dice. The closest one was the one handcrafted from wood and then painted. This one had issue with the actual facing of the die and getting it to be even but with some work in the itll wood shop I was able to get it pretty close. The second one was the best looking one, it was meant to resemble a cave entrance opening out into foliage, I think is accomplished this quite well. The black acrylic paint in the epoxy held its color really well and created a good back ground to use some future work that would be good is painting the numbers in so they are more visible, but I do not have small enough paint brushes for that. The last dice was the worst and most unfortunate the wolf head (as shown in previous posts) came out really nice and really accomplished the look of nature core. However, when I casted this one in epoxy the ratio must not have been correct because it didn’t solidify and instead stayed soft and sticky. When this one was pulled out the dice and “grass” background folded in on itself resulting in what you see here. I was able to pull out the wolf head to try again but there was not enough time to get it to cure before this deadline. Overall I am happy with the way 2 of the nature themed dice turned out and I know the 3rd will look good when it gets redone.
