This class has been a freeing space where I feel like I can create without constraints. I have truly loved being able to explore creative whims in the context of a class, and I am proud of the two main projects I put out. I began this class by interacting with the concepts of childhood nostalgia and the Y2K aesthetic, then moved into a thorough exploration of the aesthetic of nature.

For my Upcycle project, I created a paper stuffed animal to explore the concept of childhood nostalgia through stuffed animals, and for my Main Project I made a bioactive terrarium to bring a slice of nature indoors.
