Main Project Final Stretch

As of today I am a little bit behind schedule. I got all of my parts in only to realize I forgot an incredibly important cable that will allow me to use a keyboard with my raspberry pi zero. The desk itself should be complete, if not on its way to completion, if there is no snow day this week. The pictures below shows the underside of the top part of the desk where the wireless phone charger will go as well as a strip of LED’s.

However, the light fixture connecting the raspberry pi zero to the desk has not been started yet. The grooves in the wood to make the light flush with the night stand have been dimensioned, but the body of the light has yet to be started.

Hopefully by the end of this week I will have all the necessary materials to start assembling the night stand and display screen, and start machining the light next week.
