  • Really cool concept: I love the amount of care you took into making each piece functional: it definitely adds to the legitimacy of the model.

Really nice work and the iterative process you went through is both informative and impressive. I find it fascinating that it’s all aluminum and made from cans. Great job!

  • This project looks like it took a ton of time – I was impress that you managed to make all of the parts on the bike functional – that adds a whole new layer of difficulty.

  • Really impressive. I think the PBR cans where a good choice for their colors; they give an american theme and their shine really stands out.

  • Very impressive. The model has great detail yet it’s still apparent that cans were used to build it. The turning wheels are an especially nice touch. Great job!

I’m impressed that you got the components to be functional. When I first saw it, I thought it was purely static. Great idea using paper to model the components as they act so similar, yet I would imagine paper is significantly easier to work with. Great job!

Very impressive. Super cool how clean all of the cuts look. What did you use to cut up the aluminum?

  • Wow, looks like you spent quite a lot of time on that model I think it turned out well, and I like how you went the extra mile by trying to make it functional with the suspension and such.

  • I’ve seen other projects just like this, but yours is just as good as those I’ve seen in stores, if not better. I also enjoyed hearing about your process, which seems pretty arduous.

  • I really like this project. I have seen other aesthetics like this where people make small statues or desk decorations with aluminum cans. I love the way it looks and that the front part moves. This is awesome!

  • I love the small details put into this, it must have taken a lot of work to get the curves the way you wanted. Nice that you made it functional, really impressive.
