Construction Timeline-Dynamic Model Boat

This was construction timeline for my project. I have been very busy with my other engineering classes, and it seems this particular post slipped through until now. I apologize for the delay.

There were several aspects of this project that I know would take time-building the sailboat most of all. I have built models before, so I know how to build them, and I know how much time they take (lots). It is the aspects of this project I have not worked with much, most notably a fish tank, that worry me a bit.

This project has had a few unknown unknowns, such as whether or not I will have to troubleshoot problems with the fish tank pump. This could potentially be very time consuming because if it does have a problem, I cannot easily get another pump and do not currently know the intricacies of a fish tank pump operation/maintenance. Luckily, there have not been any problems so far.

Week 1: Get fish tank, pump, and boat model parts

Week 2: Begin working on model boat, fill and test fish tank seals

Week 3: Finish Model Boat, secure in fish tank, experiment with tank pump placement

Week 4: test fish tank pump/boat interaction, cover up mechanical components and anything not adding to the aesthetic, ensure pump remains operational after extended use

Week 5: Print backdrops, refine design, improve/fix/redo anything not acceptable, finish anything from previous steps not completed

    Hopefully this worked out for you and you were able to keep to this timeline and finish everything you needed to even with the engineering classes taking up so much time

    This timeline seems well balanced and thought out. I hope that the placement of the pump is not too much work and that testing goes well with this project because this can potential hold up the whole process
