So far, I have been making good progress on my final project. I have gathered all of my materials and fit the metal to the frame. This put me well ahead of schedule, but I am currently waiting to spray paint due to weather. I’m glad I padded in some time to my schedule because I can use the extra time to focus on the aesthetic. I have an idea of how to lay everything out on the board, but I want to wait until it is painted to fully decide. I’m hoping to be finished by the beginning of next week, so that I can get some feedback before finalizing it.

Hello Danielle, it was very smart of you to wait for feedback before you moved on to the next step in your process. As the professor mentioned after the upcycle project, we need to rely more on our peers in our design process. It looks like you are doing a great job of that!
Good for you to have everything on track! It’s always great to finish the project early so there’s extra time for adjustments if you need it. The makeup organizer has a very cool design, can’t wait to see what the final product looks like!
